These terms govern your use of the Fan Global website. Any working relationship is governed by a separate written engagement agreement — not by this page alone.

The website

This site is provided for information. Nothing on it is a guarantee of results, and figures shown as samples or examples are clearly marked as such and are not promises.

Applying

Submitting an application does not create a working relationship or oblige either party to proceed. We are selective, and we may decline applications at our discretion.

Engagements

If we agree to work together, the specific services, fees and terms are set out in a separate written agreement. We agree those terms transparently and up front, and we don’t use long lock-in contracts.

Your content and accounts

You retain ownership of your accounts, content and brand. We do not claim rights over them. Any access we’re given to operate on your behalf is described and agreed in your engagement agreement.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it or access it unlawfully. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design and branding belong to Fan Global and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
