Yes. Fan Global is a registered management firm with a dedicated team, not a landing page or a lone freelancer. Every creator we manage has a named senior manager accountable to them.
Why don't you show your founders or team?
By design. We’re a management firm, not a personality brand. The trust should come from how we operate: our model, accountability and standards. Not from promoting individuals.
Is my information kept private?
Discretion is standard. Your review request is confidential, seen only by our team, and we protect our creators’ privacy throughout the relationship.

What does Full Creator Management include?
Strategy, audience growth, 24/7 chat management, operations, analytics, structured monthly reporting and a dedicated senior manager, all in one integrated partnership. You stay the owner and creative voice; we run the business around you.
How is this different from a typical OFM agency?
Most agencies sell a single tactic and move on; we manage a business over the long term, with named accountability and a structured monthly report. We’ve published the checklist we’d use to vet any management firm, and you should hold us to it.
How involved will I need to be?
Less than you are now. You stay the creative voice and sign off on direction, but the day-to-day running moves to us. Most creators find management gives them time back.
Do I keep control of my accounts and content?
Always. You remain the owner and the creative voice throughout, and we run the growth and operations around you. Ownership and account access are worth checking with any firm, and our vetting checklist covers what to look for.

How quickly will I see results?
It varies by niche and starting point, and we’ll be upfront about what’s realistic before you commit. From month one you’ll have structure, a plan and a clear monthly report.
What does the monthly report contain?
What we did, what it produced against the goals we agreed, where the numbers moved, and what we’re doing next. All in plain language, with no vanity metrics.
Do you show case studies?
We publish case studies only with a creator’s consent and only numbers we can verify. We won’t invent testimonials, earnings or results to fill space. Real ones appear as they’re approved.

Can I use just one service?
Yes. Growth Services and 24/7 Chat Management are available standalone. Both are also included in Full Management, so it’s easy to move up later.
How much does it cost?
There is no fee to get started: no upfront, setup or onboarding cost of any kind. Beyond that we scope each engagement individually, and our pricing page sets out how the model works and what we confirm in writing before you commit.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No long lock-in: clear terms with a sensible notice period, because a partnership should continue on results. Our pricing page covers the terms we agree in writing before you commit.
Do you work with creators at any stage?
We’re selective. Full Management suits established creators ready to scale; for those who only need growth or chat, the specialist services are a narrower option. A private review helps us judge fit honestly, and we’ll say so if the answer is not yet.
