How involved will I need to be?
Less than you are now. You stay the creative voice and sign off on direction, but the day-to-day running of the business moves to us. Most creators find management gives them time back, not more meetings.
How quickly will I see results?
It varies by niche and starting point, and we’ll always be upfront about what’s realistic before you commit. What you’ll see from month one is structure, a plan, and a clear monthly report.
What does the monthly report actually contain?
